Since its inception in 1974 Belmonte has been committed to the support and service of all business equipment supplied with the aid of its own in-house technicians. Whilst many suppliers and distributors have chosen to cut costs and rely on the services of the product manufacturers Belmonte consider this indirect response is less personal and more often less responsive. The term 8 hours response from manufacturers means always following day. 87% of calls reported to Belmonte are covered same day.

Our Service Pledge

Following a visit from our technician if for any reason he/she cannot effect an immediate repair due to the requirement of further parts, when we return with the additional parts required there will be no added travel time charged.

Should a customer be dissatisfied with our services for any reason we will return to site and waive any additional labour charges required to affect a full and satisfactory repair. All we ask of you is the opportunity to resolve any concerns that may occur to the satisfaction of both parties.

Our Guarantee/Sales Pledge

We believe the products we offer are the best value-for-money, given our direct support and service commitment.

However, if within 14 days of purchase you find you could have acquired the same equipment, warranty, and after sales service for less, Belmonte will refund the difference plus 10%.
